Notepad ထဲက Header/Footer ေတြကိုစိတ္ႀကိဳက္ေျပာင္းမယ္

ဒီနည္းလမ္းကေတာ့ ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားသိပ္မသံုးျဖစ္ပါဘူး။ဘာ

လို႕လည္းဆိုေတာ့ အမ်ားစုက Text ေတြထုတ္ရင္ Microsoft

Word ဖိုင္ေတြကိုပဲ အသံုးျပဳၾကတာမ်ားပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အခ်ိဳ႕

Printer Services သမားေတြ၊ အခ်ိဳ႕ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာအေၾကာင္းကို

ေလ့လာေနတဲ့သူေတြအမ်ားစုကေတာ့ ေတာ္ရံုတန္ရံု အေၾကာင္း

အရာေလးေတြဆိုရင္ Notepad ထဲမွာမွတ္ထားတတ္ပါတယ္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ဆိုရင္လည္းအလားတူပါပဲ။ Print Test လုပ္တာပဲ

ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ Note မွတ္ထားတာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ဆိုရင္ Notepad ကိုအဓိက

ထားၿပီးသံုးပါတယ္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ ဒီလို Notepad နဲ႕သိမ္းထား

တာေလးေတြကို Print ထုတ္ၿပီး စာဖတ္ရတာေလးေတြလည္း

ရွိတယ္။ဒီလိုအခါမွာေတာ့ Print ထုတ္လိုက္အခ်ိန္မွာ သင္တို႕

သတိမထားမိတဲ့အခ်က္ေလးကေတာ့ ထုတ္လိုက္တဲ့စာရြက္

ထိပ္ဆံုးနဲ႕ေအာက္ဆံုးမွာ Code ေလးေတြနဲ႕တြဲၿပီး မိမိစိတ္ႀကိဳက္

နာမည္ေလးေတြထည့္သြင္းရေအာင္ပါ ကဲစလိုက္ရေအာင္

အရင္ဆံုး Notepad ကိုဖြင့္လိုက္ပါ၊ ၿပီးသြား၇င္ေတာ့Page Setup

ထဲကို

အထက္ပါပံုအတိုင္း ႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါမယ္။ ထို႕ေနာက္ေတာ့ေအာက္

မွာပံုလာတဲ့ပံုအတုိင္းမွ

Header နဲ႕ Footer မွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့ Code ေတြနဲ႕အတူ မိမိႏွစ္

သက္ရာ စာသားေလးေတြထည့္ၿပီးေရးျပင္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ Code

ေတြကေတာ့.....

&l = Left-align the characters that follow

&c = Center the characters that follow

&r = Rght-align the characters that follow

&d = Print thee current date

&t = Print the current time

&f =Print the name of the document

&p = Print the page number

တို႕ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အားလံုးပဲ အဆင္ေျပစြာစမ္းသပ္ႏိုင္မယ္လို႕

ယံုၾကည္ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါတယ္။
